  Full board including water or soda with meals and one bottle of house wine per person.

  Park fees and activities cost.

Park Fees and Permit Details

• Nyungwe Forest National Park:
  Cost USD 40 per person (USD 80 for one person). Park entry fee USD 100 for 1st night and USD 50 for extra night.
• Volcanoes National Park:
  Gorilla permit USD 1,500 per person; minimum trekking age 15 years. Golden Monkey trek USD 100 per person per trek.

Important Supplier Notes and Policies

• Marriott Kigali:
  Half Board can include dinner only. Check-in 15:00, check-out 12:00. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior; within 48 hours a one-night fee applies.
• Five Volcanoes:
  3% levy included for 2026. 20% non-refundable deposit due on confirmation; balance due 30 days prior. Cancellation policy varies by season (High Season: 60+ days no charge; Low Season: 45+ days no charge).
• Gorilla Permits:
  Confirmed via payment of USD 1,500 per permit to Rwanda Development Board. Permits are non-refundable and subject to change.

Terms and Conditions Summary

• Quotations are net/non-commissionable and inclusive of government taxes.
• Payment secures bookings immediately after invoice issuance.
• USD 35
  fee applies for international bank telegraphic transfers.
• US Dollar notes printed in 2000 and before are not accepted
  for cash payments.
• Cancellation charges
  on accommodation and related services:
• 60 days and over:
  No charge.
• 59–36 days:
  45% charge.
• 35–16 days:
  75% charge.
• 15 days and under:
  100% charge.
• Unused portions of any safari or tour are not refundable.

Practical Travel Notes

• Visa on arrival
  available for most nationals: Tourist single entry USD 50; multiple entries USD 70; East Africa Tourist Visa USD 100. Travel document must be valid for at least 6 months.
• Yellow Fever Certificate
  mandatory for travelers from endemic countries.
• Plastic bags are prohibited in Rwanda.
• Personal travel insurance
  is recommended. Soft bags preferred for safari.
