Itinerary Summary

Day 1 — Nairobi → Samburu National Reserve

The safari commences with a scheduled flight from Nairobi Wilson Airport (WIL) destined for Samburu National Reserve.

Upon arrival, guests are cordially welcomed and transferred to Soroi Larsens Camp, an intimate riverside sanctuary situated beneath majestic acacia trees.

The afternoon is reserved for repose, allowing guests to absorb the sights and sounds of the Ewaso Nyiro River or enjoy a gentle introduction to the rugged beauty of Samburu.

Days 2–3 — Comprehensive Exploration of Samburu

Two full days are dedicated to discovering Samburu’s striking topography and its renowned Samburu Special Five species.

Included Experiences:

• Twice-daily shared game drives utilizing custom 4x4 safari vehicles.

• Access to the dedicated photographic hide for enhanced, close-up wildlife observation.

• Full-board accommodation with gourmet dining and pre-dinner canapés served by the fireplace.

Day 4 — Samburu → Maasai Mara National Reserve

A flight south transports guests to the world-renowned Maasai Mara National Reserve, the locale for Africa’s most iconic wildlife spectacles.

Guests will check in to Soroi Luxury Migration Camp, an elegant base for the subsequent three nights, strategically positioned to optimize year-round wildlife viewing opportunities.

The day culminates with the camp’s esteemed “Out of Africa” sundowner, featuring panoramic vistas, premium refreshments, and handcrafted appetizers.

Days 5–6 — The Iconic Maasai Mara

Guests will experience the Mara’s extraordinary abundance of wildlife, particularly pronounced during the period of the Great Migration.

Included Experiences:

• Extended game drives led by expert field professionals.

• Full-board dining, which includes traditional afternoon tea with freshly prepared pastries.

Day 7 — Maasai Mara → Nairobi

Following a final morning in the bush, guests will take a scheduled flight back to Nairobi Wilson Airport (WIL).

A private transfer will facilitate onward connection to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for international departures.
