Booking, Cancellation & Important Notes

• Booking:
  Payment required immediately upon confirmation to secure reservations. Gorilla permits are non-refundable and confirmed by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB). High-end properties may require a non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellation (Accommodation/Services):
• 60 days and over:
  No charges.
• 59–36 days:
  45% cancellation charge.
• 35–16 days:
  75% cancellation charge.
• 15 days and under:
  100% cancellation charge.
• Visa:
  Tourist visa on arrival for most nationals; USD 50 single entry. Travel document must be valid for at least 6 months.
• Health:
  Valid Yellow Fever Certificate required for travellers arriving from endemic countries. COVID‑19 vaccination recommended.
• Baggage & Local Rules:
  Soft bags preferred for safari; plastic (polythene) bags are prohibited in Rwanda.
